4. Sinkronisasi Antar Dokumen Pembangunan
Fraksi Golkar menuntut kejelasan teknis bagaimana RPJMD akan disinkronkan dengan Rencana Kerja Pemerintah Daerah (RKPD) tahunan, serta dengan dokumen strategis lainnya seperti revisi RTRW, terutama menyangkut Kawasan Peruntukan Industri (KPI) dan Kawasan Pertanian Pangan Berkelanjutan (KP2B), termasuk pelaksanaan Kajian Lingkungan Hidup Strategis (KLHS).
5. Konkretkan Visi “Kuningan Melesat”
Visi besar Pemkab, Kuningan Melesat, dinilai harus diwujudkan melalui reformasi pelayanan publik yang cepat dan inklusif, khususnya bagi kelompok masyarakat rentan. Target makro seperti pertumbuhan ekonomi 5,91%, penurunan kemiskinan ke angka 8,26%, dan pengangguran ke 7,21% harus dibarengi dengan strategi pemberdayaan masyarakat yang konkret.
6. Dukungan pada 10 Program Unggulan Daerah
Fraksi Golkar menyatakan dukungan penuh terhadap sepuluh program unggulan Pemkab Kuningan seperti Ngaji Diri, Gema Sadulur, Jawara Tani, Someah ka Semah, Pertama, Nata Daya, Tatapakan Jati, Ajeg Timbangan, Pasar Raya, dan Abdi Negara.
“Program ini lahir dari akar rumput. Wajib kita dukung dan kawal bersama,” ujar Raka.
7. Sinergi dan Evaluasi Berkelanjutan
Keberhasilan RPJMD sangat tergantung pada soliditas hubungan antara eksekutif dan legislatif. Golkar mendorong dilakukannya evaluasi menyeluruh terhadap capaian program RPJMD sebelumnya untuk dijadikan tolak ukur. Selain itu, kolaborasi dengan pemerintah pusat, provinsi, dan pihak swasta disebut perlu diperkuat untuk membuka akses investasi yang lebih luas.
Komitmen untuk RPJMD yang Representatif
Mengakhiri pandangannya, Fraksi Partai Golkar menekankan bahwa RPJMD 2025–2029 harus menjadi solusi atas berbagai persoalan masa lalu, serta menjadi jawaban atas potensi dan tantangan pembangunan ke depan.
“Jangan biarkan dokumen ini hanya berhenti di tataran formalitas. Ini harus menjadi komitmen bersama untuk membangun Kuningan yang lebih baik, lebih sejahtera, dan benar-benar melesat,” ujar Raka.
Golkar juga berharap pembahasan Raperda RPJMD dapat berlangsung secara partisipatif dan komprehensif, agar benar-benar merepresentasikan kebutuhan dan aspirasi seluruh masyarakat Kabupaten Kuningan. (ali)
