Di pihak KPU, Kepala Biro Perencanaan dan Organisasi KPU RI, M. Syahrizal Iskandar, mengamini pentingnya basis data yang faktual. Ia menjelaskan bahwa SIANTIK akan menjadi fondasi untuk membaca kemampuan ASN secara aktual, bukan berdasarkan asumsi. Sistem ini dirancang untuk memetakan secara detail literasi digital, mengidentifikasi kesenjangan kompetensi, dan menyusun kurikulum pelatihan yang berbasis data riil.
“Pendekatan ini menggeser pola pelatihan dari sekadar seremonial menjadi pembelajaran yang berbasis asesmen, kebutuhan, dan sertifikasi digital,” ucap Syahrizal.
Dengan demikian, KPU berharap dapat menciptakan peta jalan pengembangan SDM yang lebih personal dan modular, memungkinkan setiap ASN meningkatkan kapasitas sesuai kebutuhan spesifik perannya.
Melalui kolaborasi dengan akademisi seperti Dr. Endun, KPU menargetkan lahirnya aparatur yang lincah, inovatif, dan melek teknologi, yang pada akhirnya akan menjaga mutu tata kelola pemilu dan kepercayaan publik di tengah ekosistem digital yang terus berubah. Sosialisasi SIANTIK ini menjadi penanda arah baru manajemen ASN KPU menuju pembelajaran adaptif berbasis teknologi. (ali)
