Yang di luar negeri izin virtual join lebih dulu tapi janji pulang kalau bisa.
Yang hidupnya pas-pasan tak dipaksa, mereka tahu, pertemanan masa kecil tak boleh jadi beban.
Malam semakin larut. Tapi grup tetap hidup.
“Eh, inget gak dulu kita pernah kabur bareng cuma gara-gara takut disuntik waktu posyandu sekolah?”
“Inget! Yang nangis duluan siapa? Gambreng apa Pitak?”
“Bohong klo bilang gak nangis, semua nangis! Haha!”
Tawa mereka menembus jarak ribuan kilometer. Masing-masing menunduk menatap layar, tapi hati mereka duduk di bangku kayu sekolah yang catnya sudah mengelupas.
Dan di sela obrolan, ada rasa hangat: rasa bahwa masa kecil mereka tak pernah benar-benar pergi. Hidup boleh berpencar, tapi akar mereka tetap bertaut di tanah yang sama.
Reuni bukan soal kumpul makan-makan. Tapi soal pulang sebentar jadi diri sendiri, sebelum hidup memaksa kembali jadi orang dewasa.
Dan malam itu, satu kalimat muncul dari Yanto:
“Teman masa kecil itu bukan cuma kenangan, tapi rumah. Sampai ketemu di kampung halaman, ya. Kita pulang bukan buat pamer, tapi buat ingat kita pernah tumbuh bersama.”
Grup kembali sunyi pelan-pelan, tapi rindu mereka sudah punya janji: mereka akan bertemu, entah lewat pelukan atau layar. Kenangan akan tetap hidup, dengan nama-nama kecil yang tak akan pernah mereka buang.
