CIREBON – Di tengah hiruk-pikuk kawasan Jalan Sisingamangaraja, Panjunan, Kecamatan Lemahwungkuk, Kota Cirebon, berdiri sebuah rumah makan yang menawarkan kontras suasana yang menenangkan yaitu Kampung Kecil. Terletak strategis tepat di samping Sekolah Santa Maria dan berseberangan dengan Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama (UNU) Cirebon, tempat ini menjadi oase bagi warga kota yang mendambakan cita rasa pedesaan tanpa harus keluar jauh dari pusat kota.
Begitu memasuki area restoran, pengunjung langsung disambut oleh deretan saung lesehan yang didominasi arsitektur bambu. Saung-saung ini tertata rapi mengelilingi kolam ikan buatan. Suasana pedesaan terasa kental, diperkuat oleh gemericik air dan hembusan angin yang menciptakan atmosfer santai dan alami.
“Kami ingin menghadirkan suasana makan yang nyaman, alami, dan penuh kekeluargaan, seolah tamu benar-benar sedang berada di kampung halaman,” ujar Tedi Prawilo, Supervisor Kampung Kecil Cirebon, saat ditemui cikalpedia.id pada Minggu (2/11/2025).
Restoran ini, yang telah beroperasi selama dua tahun, merupakan bagian dari jaringan rumah makan Kampung Kecil yang hadir di sejumlah kota besar. Konsepnya sederhana namun efektif: memadukan kehangatan kuliner Sunda-Jawa dengan atmosfer pedesaan yang autentik. Di Cirebon sendiri, tempat ini mampu menampung kapasitas hingga 400 pengunjung dalam satu waktu, menjadikannya pilihan ideal untuk acara keluarga atau kantor.
“Banyak tamu yang datang berkelompok, baik keluarga besar maupun rombongan kantor untuk gathering. Kapasitas kami memang disiapkan untuk mengakomodasi acara-acara tersebut,” kata Tedi. Ia menambahkan, efisiensi pelayanan didukung oleh sekitar 30 karyawan yang bertugas melayani tamu dengan sigap dan ramah.
