KUNINGAN — Jelang Pemilihan Kepala Daerah (Pilkada) 2024, dinamika politik di Kabupaten Kuningan mulai memanas. Terbaru, jajaran DPC PDI Perjuangan Kuningan melakukan safari politik ke Sekretariat Partai Gerindra pada Senin sore, 6 Mei 2024. Kunjungan itu disebut sebagai bentuk silaturahmi sekaligus penjajakan koalisi strategis.
Sekretaris DPC PDIP Kuningan, Nuzul Rachdy, menyebut safari ini sebagai bagian dari ikhtiar membangun kekuatan bersama dalam Pilkada serentak.
“Sebagai partai politik, kita wajib menjalin komunikasi dan menjajaki kerja sama. Membangun daerah tak bisa dilakukan sendiri,” kata Zul, sapaan akrabnya.
Menurut Zul, meski PDIP adalah partai pemenang pemilu, pihaknya tak ingin bersikap eksklusif.
“Justru karena menang, kita harus lebih terbuka. Termasuk ke Gerindra yang selama ini komitmennya terhadap pembangunan juga kuat,” ujarnya.
Terkait penjaringan calon kepala daerah, Zul mengungkapkan saat ini ada lima nama yang sudah masuk radar PDIP, baik dari internal maupun eksternal. Seluruhnya akan mengikuti fit and proper test di DPD PDIP Jawa Barat.
“Siapa pun yang direkomendasikan, bentuk kerja sama dan saling memahami antar partai jadi poin utama,” katanya.
