KUNINGAN – Di tengah suasana Ramadan yang khusyuk, Pemerintah Kabupaten Kuningan melakukan rotasi jabatan besar-besaran. Sebanyak 278 pejabat administrasi dilantik dan diambil sumpah jabatannya oleh Bupati Kuningan H. Acep Purnama, Senin (4/4), di salah satu hotel kawasan Cigandamekar.
Agenda rotasi yang sempat tertunda ini akhirnya digelar menjelang lebaran. Prosesi pelantikan turut disaksikan Wakil Bupati Kuningan H. M. Ridho Suganda, Sekda Kuningan H. Dian Rachmat Yanuar, serta sejumlah tamu undangan.
Dalam sambutannya, Bupati Acep menegaskan bahwa rotasi ini merupakan bagian dari upaya penyegaran dan pengisian kekosongan jabatan agar roda pemerintahan terus berjalan tanpa stagnasi, khususnya dalam pelayanan publik.
“Alih tugas ini merupakan bagian dari proses pembinaan ASN. Hasil evaluasi kinerja menjadi dasar dalam pergeseran ini, demi optimalisasi organisasi dan pelayanan kepada masyarakat,” ujar Acep.
Bupati juga mengingatkan para pejabat yang baru dilantik untuk tidak hanya sekadar mengisi posisi, tetapi tampil sebagai pemimpin yang kreatif dan inovatif.
“Selamat kepada saudara-saudara yang telah dilantik. Bekerjalah dengan penuh tanggung jawab, layani masyarakat dengan sepenuh hati. Jabatan ini adalah amanah,” tegas Acep.
Pergeseran Strategis dan Pengisian Posisi Kunci
Dari total pejabat yang dilantik, tercatat 22 camat mengalami pergeseran. Selain itu, sejumlah posisi strategis di lingkup Setda Kuningan juga terisi:
