KUNINGAN – Pemerintah Kabupaten Kuningan mulai merampungkan penyelesaian status pegawai non-aparatur sipil negara. Di bawah arahan Bupati Kuningan, sebanyak 4.289 pegawai non-ASN diusulkan menjadi pegawai pemerintah dengan perjanjian kerja (PPPK) paruh waktu.
Usulan itu terdiri dari 81 orang kategori R2, 3.553 orang kategori R3, dan 655 orang kategori R4. Penetapan kebutuhan PPPK paruh waktu sudah ditandatangani Kementerian Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi, sementara sinkronisasi data masih menunggu Badan Kepegawaian Negara (BKN) Pusat.
“Pemkab akan mengumumkan penetapan kebutuhan PPPK paruh waktu setelah menerima data resmi dari BKN,” kata Penjabat Sekretaris Daerah Kuningan, Wahyu Hidayah, Jumat (5/9/2025).
Menurut Wahyu, setelah pengumuman, pegawai akan diminta mengisi daftar riwayat hidup (DRH) dan menyiapkan pemberkasan.Untuk persyaratan pemberkasan, Wahyu menyebut masih menunggu petunjuk resmi dari BKN.
