KUNINGAN – 12 pejabat di lingkungan Pemda Kuningan sedang mengikuti Uji Kompetensi Manajemen Talenta di Gedung UPTD Diklat Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia, Jum’at, (24/10/2025).
Dari 12 Kandidat, Dr. Asep Taufik Rohman menjadi urutan kedua dalam tes tersebut. Ia memiliki konsep besar “Birokrasi Juara” sebagai arah gerak tata kelola pemerintahan berbasis pelayanan publik yang profesional, transparan, dan akuntabel.
Juara merupakan akronim dari jelas, ukuran, akurat, responsif, dan akuntabel. Menurutnya, tata kelola pemerinyahan harus jelas dalam hal perencanaan, ukuran belanja harus sesuai dengan pendapatan, akurat dalam penilaian, responsif dalam pelayanan, dan akuntable dalam pelaporan.
”Lima pilar birokrasi Juara menuju Kuningan Melesat. Maju, Empowring, Lestari, Agamis, dan Tangguh sesuai dengan visi Bupati,” ujarnya.
Setelah menghadapi penguji sebanyak lima orang yang berlangsung selama kurang lebih 30 menit, Ia optimis dengan gagasan birokrasi JUARA menjadi modal utama untuk duduk di kursi sekretaris daerah definitif.
”Saya tegaskan sekali lagi, ketika saya terpilih sebagai Sekda definitif, saya akan menerapkan lima pilar yang tadi sudah dijelaskan, saya tadi diuji menjadi peserta kedua karena sesuai absen,” jelasnya.
Sebagai penutup, ia mengaku tidak ada perbedaan antara skema open Bidding Sekda dengan MT. Menurutnya salah satu persamaan itu diuji oleh lima panelis.
Asep Taufik merupakan satu dari 12 peserta Ujikom Sekda Kuningan. Sedangkan yang lainnya yaitu Pj Sekda, Wahyu Hidayah, Kadis DPMD Kuningan, H.M. Budi Alimuddin, dan Asda II Setda Kuningan, Wawan Setiawan.
