KUNINGAN – Kepolisian Resor Kuningan menangkap seorang pria berinisial YS (42), warga Kecamatan Ciawigebang, atas dugaan tindak pidana persetubuhan terhadap anak di bawah umur. Kasus ini terungkap setelah korban yang masih berusia di bawah 17 tahun melahirkan seorang bayi laki-laki.
Kasat Reskrim Polres Kuningan, Iptu Abdul Azis, menjelaskan perbuatan itu dilakukan pelaku yang merupakan ayah tiri korban sejak 2023 hingga akhir 2024. “Persetubuhan itu dilakukan secara berulang di dalam rumah, biasanya saat istrinya tidur. Akibatnya korban hamil hingga akhirnya melahirkan,” kata Abdul Azis didampingi Kasi Humas AKP Mugiyono dan Kanit PPA Ipda Roby Muhtar, Jumat (26/9/2025).
Kasus ini bermula pada Desember 2024. Korban, yang masih duduk di bangku sekolah, mengalami mual, muntah, dan pingsan. Pihak keluarga lalu membawanya ke klinik. Hasil pemeriksaan medis mengejutkan, korban tengah hamil tujuh bulan. Namun, ketika ditanya, ia tidak berani mengungkapkan siapa pelakunya.
Kebenaran baru terungkap setelah korban melahirkan. Ia akhirnya berani mengaku bahwa pelaku tak lain adalah ayah tirinya sendiri. Ibu korban yang tidak terima kemudian melaporkan perbuatan bejat suaminya ke Polres Kuningan. “Pelaku langsung kami amankan pada Kamis kemarin,” ujar Abdul Azis.
