KUNINGAN,- Bupati Kuningan, Dr. Dian Rachmat Yanuar baru saja menyampaikan bahwa proses Open Bidding jabatan Sekretris Daerah Kuningan yang sudah menentukan tiga besar resmi dianulir. Menurutnya, akan dilakukan open biding ulang untuk menentukan nama baru.
Menganulir proses resmi yang menelan biaya hampir setengah milyar itu mendapat tanggapan pemerhati Kuningan, Sadam Husen. Menurutnya, Keputusan Bupati Kuningan itu mencederai perasaan rakyat Kuningan yang notabene penyumbang pendapatan daerah.
“Hampir setengah miliar rupiah uang dari keringat rakyat yang diangkut masuk kas daerah kemudian dibelanjakan untuk seleksi jabatan resmi yang sah secara hukum, hasilnya disapu ke tong sampah demi selera penguasa baru,” tuturnya, Jumat (15/8).
Menurut Sadam, uang setengah miliar yang merupakan keringat dan jerih payah rakyat itu seharusnya kembali untuk memperbaiki jalan rusak, menambah pasokan air bersih ke desa yang sering mengalami kekeringan, atau membiayai beasiswa bagi pelajar atau mahasiswa. Apalagi, kondisi ekonomi masyarakat dan keuangan daerah sedang tidak baik-baik saja.
“Bukan karena bencana alam, bukan karena krisis ekonomi, tapi karena selera bupati terhadap hasil seleksi jabatan tinggi (open bidding) yang sah secara hukum,” tuturnya.
Setengah miliar rupiah uang pajak yang dibayar masyarakat, lanjut Sadam, merupakan angka yang sangat besar. Apalagi, kondisi psikologi masyarakat dalam membayar pajak merupakan bukti ketaatan yang serius di tengah kepayahan ketika hasil panen tak menguntungkan, dagangan di pasar tidak laku, sisa setoran supir angkot yang sangat kecil, dan kesulitan-kesulitan lainnya.
