Ketua Pemuda Muhamamdiyah Kuningan periode 2018-2023 itu menilai, keputusan Bupati Kuningan bukan sekadar pembatalan teknis. Melainkan bentuk pengkhianatan terhadap kepercayaan rakyat dan pelecehan terhadap jerih payah pembayar pajak. Dalam logika kepemimpinan seperti itu, menurutnya, jabatan bukan amanah untuk diisi oleh yang terbaik, tapi kursi untuk menampung loyalis.
“Proses yang memenuhi semua prosedur resmi dan menghasilkan tiga nama terbaik untuk mengisi kursi strategis pemerintahan. Semua terlihat rapi, terukur, dan legal. Tapi pada akhirnya, semua itu dihantam palu politik dan dibuang ke tong sampah kekuasaan hanya karena tidak sesuai selera penguasa baru,” tegasnya.
Sadam menilai, keterangan Bupati Kuningan tentang pembatalan hasil open bidding sudah mendapat persetujuan Kemendagri diartikan bahwa Gubernur Jawa dipaksa untuk menjilat air ludahnya sendiri terkait pengelolaan uang pajak.
Bahkan lebih tragisnya lagi, sampai hari ini tidak ada alasan hukum yang kokoh tentang putusan tersebut dan tidak ada pertanggungjawaban kepada publik. Karena hal itu, dia menegaskan, jika masyarakat diam, diartikan sebagai pembenaran terhadap pemerasan tanpa hak bicara.
“Yang tersisa hanyalah fakta, uang rakyat sudah habis, manfaatnya nol, dan harga diri daerah ini dipermainkan di meja kebijakan bupati. Hari ini yang dibatalkan adalah hasil seleksi jabatan. Besok bisa janji pembangunan yang ikut dibatalkan. Kuningan harus sadar: uang rakyat bukan mainan, dan demokrasi bukan panggung untuk memuaskan selera penguasa,” pungkasnya. (Ceng)
