KUNINGAN – Harapan ribuan tenaga honorer di Kabupaten Kuningan kian mendekati kenyataan. Setelah bertahun-tahun mengabdi tanpa kepastian status, Bupati Kuningan, Dr. H. Dian Rachmat Yanuar, M.Si., akhirnya resmi mengusulkan 4.289 pegawai Non ASN untuk diangkat menjadi Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja (PPPK) Paruh Waktu.
Langkah ini sejalan dengan amanat Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2023 tentang penyelesaian status Non ASN di seluruh Indonesia, yang memberi mandat agar persoalan tenaga honorer tak lagi menggantung.
Kamis (11/9/2025), suasana di Ruang Rapat Linggarjati Setda Kuningan terasa hangat bercampur haru. Sebanyak 25 perwakilan koordinator Forum R2 dan R3 Tenaga Honorer Pemkab Kuningan diterima langsung Bupati Dian. Hadir pula Pj. Sekda Kuningan, Dr. Wahyu Hidayah, M.Si., serta jajaran Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM).
“Proses ini adalah wujud perhatian pemerintah terhadap dedikasi para pegawai Non ASN. Saya mengajak semua untuk tetap bersemangat, bekerja profesional, dan memberikan pelayanan terbaik. Mari kita jadikan momentum ini sebagai penguat tekad untuk mewujudkan visi besar Kabupaten Kuningan MELESAT,” tegas Bupati Dian dalam pertemuan itu.
Menurut Pj. Sekda Wahyu Hidayah, dari total 4.289 pegawai yang diusulkan, rinciannya adalah 81 orang berstatus R2, 3.553 orang R3, dan 655 orang R4. Mereka selama ini masih aktif bekerja dan berperan vital dalam menjaga roda pelayanan publik di Kabupaten Kuningan.
“Penetapan kebutuhan PPPK Paruh Waktu sudah dilakukan Kementerian PANRB dan kini menunggu sinkronisasi data dari Badan Kepegawaian Negara (BKN). Setelah ada penetapan dari BKN, tahapan berikutnya adalah pengisian DRH dan pemberkasan PPPK Paruh Waktu. Kami berharap proses ini bisa segera berjalan agar memberi kepastian kepada seluruh pegawai,” jelas Wahyu.
Bagi para honorer, kabar itu bagaikan oase di tengah penantian panjang. Otong Supriatna, honorer R3 di Kecamatan Ciniru dengan masa kerja 14 tahun, tak kuasa menyembunyikan rasa harunya.
“Alhamdulillah, kami bisa bertatap muka dengan Pak Bupati dan mendapat kepastian terkait upaya penuntasan honorer R2 dan R3. Mudah-mudahan bulan depan sudah ada keputusan meski tahap awal paruh waktu dulu,” ucap Otong
