Hal senada diungkapkan Iyan Alpian, Ketua Aliansi Honorer Kabupaten Kuningan yang juga sudah 14 tahun mengabdi di BPKAD. Ia menyebut keberanian Bupati mengusulkan ribuan honorer sebagai bentuk nyata keberpihakan pemerintah daerah.
“Terima kasih kepada Pak Bupati atas keberaniannya berupaya mengusulkan pegawai Non ASN untuk diangkat menjadi PPPK Paruh Waktu. Semoga dari paruh waktu bisa segera meningkat menjadi PPPK penuh waktu. Kami berharap pengangkatan berikutnya mempertimbangkan masa kerja, bukan lagi tes akademis, dan pemerintah juga memperhatikan kesetaraan kesejahteraan honorer,” tutur Iyan.
Meski usulan itu disambut gembira, sejumlah honorer masih menyimpan kegelisahan. Status paruh waktu dianggap hanya setengah jalan menuju kesejahteraan penuh. Dengan pengabdian belasan tahun, mereka berharap pemerintah pusat maupun daerah tak hanya memberi kepastian status, tetapi juga jaminan kesejahteraan yang setara dengan ASN maupun PPPK penuh waktu.
Langkah Pemkab Kuningan dinilai bisa menjadi model bagi daerah lain yang menghadapi problem serupa. Usulan massal ini menegaskan bahwa pemerintah daerah punya ruang keberanian untuk memperjuangkan hak-hak tenaga Non ASN, meski pada tahap awal baru dalam format paruh waktu.
Kini, seluruh mata tertuju pada BKN. Sinkronisasi data akan menentukan kapan ribuan honorer Kuningan mulai mengisi DRH dan mengurus pemberkasan PPPK Paruh Waktu. Bagi para honorer, hari itu akan menjadi tonggak Sejarah, apakah pengabdian puluhan tahun akhirnya berbuah kepastian.
Sementara itu, Bupati Dian menegaskan Pemkab Kuningan akan terus mengawal proses ini hingga tuntas. “Kita ingin semua tenaga Non ASN yang sudah lama mengabdi mendapat kepastian. Ini bukan sekadar angka, tapi soal pengakuan dan penghargaan terhadap dedikasi,” ujarnya.
Bagi ribuan honorer yang telah puluhan tahun berkeringat demi pelayanan publik, usulan ini menjadi kabar paling ditunggu. Meski baru PPPK Paruh Waktu, setidaknya pintu masa depan mulai terbuka.
Pertanyaannya kini, apakah Kuningan akan jadi contoh daerah yang berhasil menuntaskan persoalan honorer dengan adil? Ribuan tenaga honorer sudah menunggu jawaban. (ali)
