Gagasan ini mengerucut pada satu poin besar: politik anggaran harus dilandasi oleh kebudayaan iman dan takwa, bukan hanya hitung-hitungan fiskal. Dengan begitu, keberpihakan pada rakyat tidak sekadar menjadi jargon, tetapi menjelma dalam kebijakan konkret yang menyentuh kebutuhan dasar masyarakat.

Dengan nada filosofis dan ideologis yang jarang ditemui dalam forum anggaran, Fraksi PDI Perjuangan menjadikan momen LPJ APBD 2024 ini bukan sekadar evaluasi, tapi titik tolak untuk merumuskan ulang arah kebijakan daerah dari manajemen fiskal menuju rekayasa kebudayaan. (red)
