KUNINGAN — Persoalan klasik limbah kotoran hewan (kohe) di Dusun Palutungan, Desa Cisantana, Kecamatan Cigugur, mulai menemukan titik terang. Setelah bertahun-tahun dikeluhkan warga Desa Pajambon di Kecamatan Kramatmulya yang terdampak aliran limbah dari atas bukit, akhirnya akan terselesaikan.
Anggota DPR RI Fraksi Gerindra, H Rokhmat Ardiyan, yang menginisiasi pembangunan Instalasi Pengolahan Air Limbah (IPAL) Biogas di dua titik strategis, Desa Cisantana dan Kelurahan Cipari.
Peletakan batu pertama dilaksanakan pada Jumat, (1/8/2025), di Dusun Palutungan. Di lahan seluas 8 x 10 meter itu, instalasi biogas dirancang untuk mengolah limbah kohe menjadi dua hal, pertama gas metana sebagai energi alternatif dan ampas organik yang bisa dimanfaatkan sebagai pupuk.
“Ini adalah perintah langsung Presiden Prabowo, sebagai respon konkret atas keluhan masyarakat,” ujar Rokhmat Ardiyan.
Menurutnya, keberadaan IPAL Biogas bukan sekadar solusi pencemaran lingkungan, tetapi juga strategi pemanfaatan limbah untuk kemandirian energi dan pertanian organik.
