CIREBON – Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Kota Cirebon, Jawa Barat, resmi menetapkan mantan Wali Kota Cirebon NA sebagai tersangka kasus dugaan tindak pidana korupsi pembangunan Gedung Sekretariat Daerah (Setda) atau Balai Kota.
Kepala Kejari Kota Cirebon, Muhamad Hamdan, mengatakan penetapan tersangka dilakukan setelah tim penyidik menemukan dua alat bukti yang sah, mulai dari keterangan saksi, ahli, dokumen, hingga rekaman.
“Tim penyidik menetapkan tersangka dengan inisial NA, selaku Wali Kota Cirebon periode 2014–2023,” kata Hamdan saat konferensi pers, Senin (8/9).
NA diduga memerintahkan tim teknis dan Panitia Penerima Hasil Pekerjaan (PPHP) menandatangani Berita Acara Penyerahan Lapangan Kedua (BAPL-Kedua) serta Berita Acara Serah Terima Kedua (BAST-Kedua) pada 19 November 2018.
