Meski berat, Wahyu mengajak seluruh ASN menerima kebijakan ini dengan lapang dada. Ia menggunakan perumpamaan kapal yang harus mengurangi muatan ketika diterpa badai. “Kalau kapal kelebihan beban, bisa karam. Dengan mengurangi sebagian muatan, kapal tetap bisa berlayar sampai dermaga harapan. Begitu juga dengan Kuningan,” tuturnya.
Wahyu menegaskan bahwa pengabdian ASN tidak diukur dari seberapa besar TPP yang diterima, tetapi dari loyalitas dan ketulusan melayani masyarakat. “Setiap rupiah yang kita relakan hari ini adalah investasi untuk masa depan Kuningan. Semoga pengorbanan ini menjadi amal bakti dan catatan kebaikan,” katanya.
Harapan Pemkab
Wahyu optimistis, penyesuaian TPP ini akan membawa dampak positif dalam menjaga kepercayaan publik sekaligus memperbaiki struktur keuangan daerah. Ia menegaskan, komitmen Pemkab tetap pada peningkatan kualitas pelayanan dasar masyarakat.
“Bersama kita jaga Kuningan, bersama kita bangun harapan. Saya percaya ASN Kuningan adalah insan yang tangguh, mampu berkorban demi rakyatnya, menjaga marwah pemerintahannya, dan tetap berinovasi meski dalam keterbatasan,” pungkas Wahyu. (ali)
