KUNINGAN – Proses rekapitulasi hasil penghitungan suara (Tungsura) tingkat Kabupaten Kuningan diwarnai aksi protes keras dari elemen masyarakat dan partai politik. Massa yang tergabung dalam Korakap (Koalisi Rakyat Kawal Pemilu) melakukan aksi di depan Hotel Horison Tirta Sanita, lokasi pleno KPU Kuningan, pada Senin (26/2/2024).
Aksi tersebut dipimpin oleh Dadang Abdullah dan turut dikomandoi langsung oleh Ketua DPC Partai Gerindra Kuningan, Dede Ismail (Deis). Mereka menuntut transparansi dan akuntabilitas dari penyelenggara pemilu, khususnya terkait perbedaan data antara C1 hasil dan C1 salinan.
Gerindra Tuding KPU dan Bawaslu Tutup Akses Data
Dalam orasinya, Deis menyebut banyak kejanggalan dalam proses rekapitulasi di tingkat kecamatan. Ia menuding PPK sulit diakses, bahkan tak memfasilitasi hak peserta pemilu untuk melakukan sanding data.
“Apa yang menjadi hak kami sebagai peserta pemilu untuk membandingkan C1 hasil dan salinan tidak diberikan. Komunikasi dengan PPK sangat tertutup,” tegas Deis kepada wartawan.
Deis juga mengungkap adanya ketidaksinkronan data antara DPT, DPK, dan hasil suara yang masuk, serta dugaan perubahan berita acara yang dilakukan tanpa sepengetahuan saksi.
“Ada saksi yang diminta datang kembali untuk menandatangani berita acara perubahan. Ini terjadi di Cigandamekar, Cilimus, Pancalang, dan beberapa kecamatan lain,” bebernya.
