KUNINGAN – Suasana Puskesmas Luragung mendadak dipenuhi puluhan siswa berseragam pramuka pada Jumat siang (3/10/2025). Mereka datang bukan untuk vaksinasi atau pemeriksaan rutin, melainkan karena mengalami gejala mual, pusing, dan sakit perut yang diduga akibat keracunan makanan. Seluruh korban merupakan pelajar SMAN 1 Luragung yang sehari sebelumnya mengonsumsi menu dalam program Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG).
Risma, salah seorang kerabat korban, mengisahkan gejala mulai dirasakan sejak Kamis malam. “Semalem teh memang mual dan pusing, terus kaya biasa aja sekolah, tiba-tiba pas di sekolah katanya perutnya sakit dan pusingnya tambah parah,” tutur Risma sambil mendampingi adiknya yang terbaring di ruang perawatan.
Menurut informasi yang dihimpun, menu MBG yang dibagikan Kamis kemarin berupa ayam kecap, acar timun, tempe atau tahu, nasi putih, dan buah anggur. Dari sekian lauk, sebagian siswa menduga ayam kecap sebagai pemicu keracunan. “Kayanya dari ayamnya a, soalnya kata adik saya kaya berlendir gitu ayamnya,” ucap kerabat siswa lain.
Kabar dugaan keracunan ini cepat menyebar di kalangan orang tua. Sejak menjelang shalat jumat mereka berbondong-bondong mendatangi Puskesmas Luragung. Beberapa tak kuasa menahan tangis ketika melihat putra-putrinya mendapatkan perawatan medis dengan infus terpasang di lengan.
Pihak sekolah segera mengambil langkah darurat dengan menghentikan sementara distribusi MBG untuk SMAN 1 Luragung hingga penyebab pasti insiden ini terungkap. “Kami tidak ingin ambil risiko sebelum ada hasil pemeriksaan resmi,” kata salah seorang guru yang enggan disebutkan namanya.
