Family gathering kali ini diikuti sekitar 200 karyawan untuk kloter pertama dan dipusatkan di Pantai Indah Resort, Pangandaran. Rangkaian kegiatan berlangsung selama dua hari. Agenda dibuka dengan aktivitas bermain dan susur alam di kawasan Citumang. Suasana cair, penuh canda, dan kolaboratif membuat momen ini menjadi ajang relaksasi bagi para karyawan yang sehari-hari bergulat dengan ritme kerja tinggi di lingkungan rumah sakit.
Memasuki malam hari, peserta berkumpul dalam welcome party dan ramah tamah di hotel. Acara dikemas santai, hangat, dan tanpa sekat antarbagian. Musik, permainan kelompok, hingga interaksi informal antara manajemen dan staf membuat suasana terasa seperti pertemuan keluarga besar.
Pada hari kedua, para peserta diberi agenda bebas untuk menikmati suasana pantai, bersantai, atau beraktivitas mandiri sebelum akhirnya ditutup dengan sesi sayonara dan perjalanan pulang ke Kuningan.
Dengan penataan infrastruktur layanan yang terus dibenahi dan kekompakan internal yang dipupuk, RS Juanda memantapkan langkah sebagai salah satu rumah sakit rujukan di Kabupaten Kuningan. Bagi manajemen, pelayanan kesehatan bukan hanya soal kelengkapan fasilitas, tetapi juga tentang manusia yang menggerakkan layanan itu setiap hari, solid, hangat, dan penuh dedikasi. (ali)
