KUNINGAN – Gelaran Tour de Linggarjati (TdL) ke-8 yang berlangsung pada 13–14 September 2025 menuai sorotan dari Himpunan Mahasiswa Islam (HMI) Cabang Kuningan.
Ketua Umum HMI Cabang Kuningan, Eka Kasmarandana, menilai bahwa narasi Pemkab Kuningan terkait TdL hanya sebatas jargon yang jauh dari kenyataan.
Menurut Eka, TdL yang digadang-gadang sebagai momentum promosi pariwisata dan budaya Kuningan, sekaligus penggerak ekonomi lokal, justru tidak memberikan ruang nyata bagi peserta untuk mengenal lebih dekat destinasi wisata daerah.
“Faktanya, tidak ada ajakan atau rangkaian agenda yang secara langsung mengarahkan peserta untuk berkunjung ke wisata Kuningan. Bahkan salah satu peserta menyebutkan belum terpikirkan untuk berwisata di sini. Jadi apa yang disampaikan pemerintah hanya omon-omon belaka,” tegasnya, Senin, (15/9).
Lebih jauh, HMI juga mempertanyakan transparansi pelaksanaan TdL, baik dari segi anggaran maupun output konkret yang dihasilkan. Hingga kini, kata Eka, panitia pelaksana belum memberikan penjelasan yang memadai, bahkan terkesan menutup diri.
